SAP Retail/MM Test Engineer

Job Title : SAP Retail MM Testing Professional Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience : 5 to 10 years Employment Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are looking for experienced SAP Retail MM Testing Professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP Retail, with a proven track record in SAP Testing. Key Responsibilities : Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Retail MM solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP Retail MM modules. Work closely with Business Analysts, ABAP Developers, and Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and test accordingly. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, document, and manage defects using defect management tools. Ensure compliance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Testing Life Cycle best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and help build a robust SAP Testing framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration testing if applicable. Utilize test management tools for tracking test execution progress and reporting. Key Requirements : 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM - Material Management & SAP Retail. Strong expertise in SAP Testing methodologies and best practices. Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation is a plus. Experience in defect lifecycle management and issue resolution. Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment. Familiarity with test automation frameworks for SAP is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor, train, and manage testing resources. Preferred Skills : Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or other test management tools. Good understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module is an advantage. Exposure to SAP Test Automation Tools is beneficial. (ref:hirist.tech)
