Quality Assurance Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner

QA - Test Automation Lead Description We are seeking a QA - Test Automation Lead with 4-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the quality of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to create and execute automated test cases, identify defects, and improve the overall testing process. Responsibilities : - Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks. - Lead the QA team in the development and execution of automated test strategies and plans. - Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and requirements for testing. - Ensure high-quality software delivery by identifying and resolving defects during the software development lifecycle. - Mentor and train junior QA engineers in automation best practices and tools. - Perform regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Manage test environments, configurations, and test data to ensure accuracy in test results. - Prepare test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4-10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation. - Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing test scripts. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. - Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (ref:hirist.tech)
