Job Title : ETRM Technical Lead Location : Anywhere in India (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote) Experience : 10 years About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled ETRM Technical Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions on Azure. If you have extensive experience in building custom solutions within the trading ecosystem (ETRM), hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you Responsibilities : - Design & Implement Cloud Solutions : Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud solutions tailored to meet business requirements. - Cloud Infrastructure Management : Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of Azure cloud environments, ensuring maximum performance and availability. - Collaboration & Planning : Work closely with development and IT teams to plan and execute cloud strategies. Provide expertise and best practices for Azure cloud architecture. - Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance cloud solutions to ensure high performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Technical Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based applications effectively and efficiently. - Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including cloud architecture designs, processes, and best practices. - Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning. Required Skills : - 10 years of experience in developing cloud solutions, particularly within the trading (ETRM) domain. - Deep Azure Expertise : Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, App Services, and Azure Virtual Machines. - Programming : Proficiency in C#, .NET, and other related programming languages. - DevOps Knowledge : Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC). - Problem Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. - Strong Communication : Effective communication and collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. - Documentation Skills : Strong ability to document cloud architectures, best practices, and troubleshooting steps. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with hybrid cloud solutions or multi-cloud environments. - Exposure to trading or energy sectors, especially managing cloud-based solutions for trading applications.
