Energy Markets Manager

Role Objective The Energy Markets Manager will play a pivotal role in managing activities within the Global Energy Markets collaborating with international teams, and contributing to the optimization of our renewable energy portfolio. Key Responsibilities Coordinate operational strategies for energy markets across the world, collaborating with senior leadership. Manage multidisciplinary initiatives across areas such as market analysis, trading strategies, and business growth. Lead cross-functional project teams and establish operational frameworks. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Conduct ongoing analysis of the the global energy landscape, including regulatory updates, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. Maintain consistent communication and alignment with international operations teams. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional experience with a strong grasp of the renewable energy sector. Experience in strategic planning or consultancy is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
