AP Accountant with Spanish Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for a global medical-optical company centralizing its operations in Poland In this end-to-end Accounts Payable role, you’ll oversee the full AP process, from invoice processing to payment execution and reconciliation. Work in an international environment, collaborate with multiple departments, and drive process improvements, as well as transition. Your responsibilities End-to-End AP Management: Oversee the full Accounts Payable process, from invoice processing to payment execution and reconciliation. Compliance & Control: Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies in all AP activities. Payment Processing: Handle electronic and check payments, following approval processes and maintaining accuracy. Data Management: Enter financial records into accounting software, ensuring precision and consistency. Audit & Support: Provide necessary AP records and reports to assist in financial audits. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with the Purchasing Department to match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Issue Resolution: Investigate and address payment issues with internal and external stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize AP processes and streamline workflows. Employer requirements BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 - 5 years in Accounts Payable. Proficiency in English and Spanish (both required - min B2 level) Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Navision or PeopleSoft) TAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proven experience managing AP processes.
