The Role : Were looking for a Golang Developer who can take ownership of project quality while mentoring a team of junior engineers and specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to grow into a leadership position, with direct coaching from our CTO. Key Responsibilities : - Develop optimized, scalable, and efficient applications using Go. - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance. - Design and code backend components, integrating them with other web services. - Continuously explore and implement new technology solutions. - Provide comprehensive documentation and contribute to technical documents. - Participate in code reviews and uphold high-quality coding standards. Key Requirements : - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Prior experience as a Golang Developer and as a Team Lead. - Strong understanding of Goroutine and channel patterns. - Expertise with Go frameworks, tools, and dependency management (e.g., Godep, Sltr). - Familiarity with Go templating languages and code generation tools (e.g., Stringer). - Proficient in using version control tools like Git. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). - Familiarity with testing tools and Strong problem-solving skills, team player mentality, and effective communication.
