Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to drive innovation. Mentorship & Reviews : Provide guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding best practices. Optimize Performance : Identify bottlenecks, optimize applications for speed, and work with database indexing and query optimization. Ensure Quality : Collaborate with QA teams to maintain software quality and troubleshoot reported bugs. Security Mindset : Implement and maintain web application security principles, including OAuth, JWT, and protection against vulnerabilities like XSS and SQL Injection. Problem Solving : Tackle complex technical challenges with a critical and solutions-focused approach. Effective Communication : Articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g Webpack, Babel). - Familiarity with version control tools like Git and collaborative development platforms such as GitHub or GitLab. - Knowledge of database optimization techniques, including indexing and schema design for NoSQL databases. - Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile development practices. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
