About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Architect to join our engineering team. As a key member of our technology leadership, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities : - Define and design the overall architecture for complex software systems. - Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and technical white papers. - Hands-on experience in developing and implementing Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other relevant frameworks. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth. - Lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance to the development team. - Collaborate effectively with other architects, developers, and stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, cloud computing, and software development best practices. - Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality. - Contribute to the development of innovative and cutting-edge software solutions. - 10 years of professional experience in Java software development. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA), and related technologies. - Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices. - Experience with relational databases (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g, MongoDB). - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
