Kaivale Technologies - Python Lead Engineer - Data Structure/Algorithm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining core components of our platform. You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and robust software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain core Python components of our platform, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations. - Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance by adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and infrastructure. - Investigate and resolve production issues promptly and effectively. - Manage and maintain the deployment and operational stability of our platform. - Mentor and guide junior engineers on technical best practices and development methodologies. - Lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance to the team. - Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for the platform. - Collaborate effectively with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. - Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions. Technical Skills : Must Have : - 7-9 years of professional experience in Python development. - Strong proficiency in Python 3.8 and its core libraries. - In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with database technologies (e.g , SQL, NoSQL). - Experience with RESTful APIs and API development frameworks. - Proficiency in Shell scripting and XML. - Hands-on experience with Tableau tool, including Tableau Document APIs and Tableau Rest APIs. - Experience with on-premise deployments on Windows (8 or newer) and Linux (7.3 or above) operating systems (ref:hirist.tech)
