Oracle PCMCS Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Oracle PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting PCMCS solutions for financial and operational performance management. Required Skills : - 3-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with a strong focus on Oracle PCMCS. - Hands-on experience in allocation modeling, hierarchy setup, and cost management workflows. - Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and cost allocation methodologies. - Experience in integrating PCMCS with ERP, EPM, and other enterprise systems. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement Oracle PCMCS solutions to support financial profitability and cost management. - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs. - Develop allocation models, rules, and hierarchies to optimize cost and profitability analysis. - Work with Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including integrations with ERP and other financial systems. - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy in reporting. - Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders to gain insights into cost structures. - Provide user training and support for PCMCS implementations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities (ref:hirist.tech)
