Cluster Residence Manager Location: Canary island Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for managing multiple properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a Cluster Residence Manager to oversee the operations of multiple accommodations within a hospitality company. What You’ll Do: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency in service and guest satisfaction. Oversee and support on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve operational excellence. Ensure the smooth coordination of property maintenance and guest services. Travel between locations to ensure effective management and support. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally overseeing multiple properties. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with teams and guests. Flexibility to travel regularly between locations as required.
