Global Digital and Activation Manager At Randstad, we are looking for a Global Digital and Activation Manager for our client, a leading multinational company in its sector. This key position will play a strategic role in defining and executing the global digital marketing and activation strategy. Mission The Global Digital and Activation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategy and ensuring the proper activation of marketing materials, both online and offline, across global markets. Responsibilities As Global Digital Manager: Actively contribute to building the digital communication strategy for consumer brands brands, aligned with business and brand objectives. Enhance the customer experience through the company's digital touchpoints, increasing traffic to online channels. Manage digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and positioning. Plan and control the digital marketing budget. Analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to optimize strategies. Keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies. Support content creation to improve brand visibility in e-commerce and key marketplaces. Define success metrics and regularly analyze the performance of digital strategies. Develop and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns. Optimize conversion rates and improve website usability. Oversee the global brand social media strategy. Lead the redesign of the corporate website to enhance functionality and sales orientation. Implement a data-driven approach to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly. External Agencies : Managing communication and advertising initiatives. As Global Activation Manager: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple regions to ensure consistency with the global brand strategy. Coordinate with regional teams to adapt campaigns to local needs. Manage cross-market projects, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Analyze campaign performance on a global scale, identify best practices, and optimize future initiatives. Foster collaboration and cultural adaptability in brand activation initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and brand activation. Education & Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing. Qualified member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or equivalent. Experience in B2B or B2C marketing. Background in a similar sector is a plus. Strong knowledge in PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs. Solid understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Technical competencies in Salesforce, market research, e-commerce, business development, customer support, brand marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
