Quality Manager

A multinational company in the industrial sector is looking for a Quality Manage r to join its new plant in Valencia. The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing and managing quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing production processes. Main Responsibilities: Define and manage the plant’s quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, and industry requirements. Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established standards. Implement continuous improvement plans in production processes. Manage customer complaints and develop corrective action plans. Lead and train the quality team, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to guarantee product and process excellence. Requirements: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector. Knowledge of ISO 9001. High level of English. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
