Hair Stylist

Job Title: Hair StylistJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: New Holland, PASalary Range: Commission based pay, based on experience, 30%-50% commission. Job Overview:Are you passionate about helping clients look and feel their best? Country Roots Hair Studio is seeking an experienced and talented Hair Stylist to join our team.

Responsibilities:- Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services to clients- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business- Assist in promoting and marketing salon servicesRequirements:- Valid cosmetology license- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, ($500 bonus if you bring a client list with over 100 clients) - Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. (typically two evenings a week)- Passion for the beauty industry and a creative mindset.
