Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Reliable transportation Job Description: - Home Health RN for King County and surrounding areas - Shift: 8-hour days (This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s) - Patient Ratios: 1:1; may visit up to 6 patients per day - Productivity: 30 productivity points standard - Weekend work not required - No on-call duties - Clinician will not be required to float within scope - Open to accepting local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius - System optimizes travel, with occasional maximum radius of over 50 miles - Charting: EPIC - COVID-19 vaccine not required - Modules are non-billable, averaging 16 hours - Orientation includes 40 hours non-billable training Additional Information: - Clinical staff are expected to float between all facilities within the state when necessary and refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or loss of guaranteed hours. - Communication devices (such as a cell phone) needed to perform duties will be provided if required for the assignment, or reimbursement for work-related phone use up to a maximum monthly amount. - Free parking is available.
