Mechanical/Structural Draughtsman

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman with experience in wet services and plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for plumbing and wet services systems in various projects. The Draughtsman will work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient designs that meet project requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Create detailed drawings and plans for plumbing and wet services systems in commercial and residential projects. 2. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions. 3. Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. 4. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and materials lists for plumbing and wet services components. 5. Communicate and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve design issues and ensure successful project completion. 6. Maintain accurate project documentation and records in compliance with company procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to plumbing and wet services design. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Draughtsman with a focus on wet services and plumbing design. 2. Proficient in Revit and other design software. 3. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. 6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Education: - Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field preferred.
