Financial Controller (Real Estate) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for Our client is an international real estate development company. Due to the expansion of the business, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Financial Controller. The employed person will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities related to project controlling and reporting. Additionally, the person will cooperate with banks in terms of financing and support investment / due diligence processes. Your responsibilities Responsible for financial controlling of SPVs Prepare budgets, financial plans, forecasts and feasibilities for development projects and operating assets Review of financial statements - cooperation with accounting office Analyze financial and operational results Plan and analyze financial flows and cash management, payments supervision Prepare management reports related to SPVs Cooperation with banks in terms of financing Activation of bank loans and preparation of monthly disbursements for the bank Timely delivery of necessary documents required by financing agreements Support Asset and Property Management teams Cooperation with auditors, lawyers and external consultants Providing analytical support in transaction and due diligence processes Financial modelling in terms of new development initiatives Employer requirements Min. 4 years of experience in controlling within the real estate sector Good command of English both spoken and written Knowledge of Polish Accounting Act and tax law Proficiency in MS Excel Commitment, focus on achieving goals Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines High interpersonal and analytical skills What employer offers Attractive salary B2B contract Interesting and diversified tasks in a stable team Possibility for following courses, trainings and certificates Office in the city center Benefits flexible working time fruits integration events no dress code coffee / tea
