Functional Consultant - Oracle EPM/Financials

Role : Functional Consultant EPM Financials. Experience Preferred : 5-9 Years. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Financials modules, with a strong emphasis on Financial Reporting and Management Reporting. - Ensure seamless integration of EPM Financials with existing bank systems and data sources. - Drive the configuration of key EPM Financials components, including : EPBCS (Enterprise Performance Budgeting and Close) : Budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and close processes. - FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) : Consolidation of financial data from multiple sources, including subsidiaries and branches. - Narrative Reporting : Development and implementation of compelling financial reports with visualizations and commentary. - Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial and management reports within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. - Deep understanding of financial reporting best practices and regulatory requirements. - Proven ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights for business leaders. - In-depth knowledge of tax reporting frameworks and corporate tax management within EPM systems. - Provide expert guidance on the setup of Corporate Taxation processes within EPM Financials, ensuring compliance with UAE corporate tax laws and regulations. - Develop and implement robust controls and audit trails for tax reporting within the EPM environment. - Assist in developing and implementing frameworks for Cost and Profitability Management. - Conduct in-depth analysis of cost drivers and profitability across various business segments. - Provide actionable insights to optimize cost structures and enhance overall profitability. - Manage large-scale EPM Financials implementation projects, including : Project planning and execution. - Configuration and testing activities. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. - Go-live support and post-implementation support. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 5-9 years of relevant experience in EPM Financials consulting. - Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EPM Financials modules, including EPBCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting. - Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and best practices within the BFSI sector. - In-depth knowledge of tax reporting frameworks and corporate tax management within EPM systems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
