Senior .Net Developer - C#/Entity Framework

Position : .NET Lead / Senior .NET Developer / Junior .NET Developer. Location : Noida (Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office per week). Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery (for .NET Lead). - Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications using .NET Core and Entity Framework. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using Angular. - Utilize Azure Cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and management. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to optimize application performance. - Define project goals, timelines, and tasks; monitor team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and align deliverables with business objectives. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends; drive innovation within the team. - Expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular development. - Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including deployment and application management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members. For Junior .NET Developer : - Basic understanding of . NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular. - Eagerness to learn and grow in .NET development. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. For .NET Lead / Senior .NET Developer : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud. - Prior experience leading development teams is preferred. - For Senior .NET Developer: At least 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud.
