Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Job Description : Senior UI/UX Developer (FIGMA) Location : Remote Experience : 8 to 12 Years Notice Period : Immediate to January 25th (LWD max) - Excellent Communication Required : About the Role : We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer with a strong background in FIGMA to join our dynamic team. This remote role requires someone who is passionate about designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and has hands-on experience in PowerApps PowerBI or SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of design principles, application development, and UI/UX best practices. Key Responsibilities : - UI/UX Design : Create high-quality, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications using FIGMA. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to create seamless designs that meet user needs and business objectives. - PowerApps and PowerBI Integration : Design and implement UI components within PowerApps and PowerBI, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and consistent with the overall application architecture. - SAP Design Environment : Develop UI/UX solutions tailored to SAP environments, adhering to SAP Fiori design principles and best practices. - Prototyping and Testing : Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs. - Design Consistency : Ensure consistency in designs across applications and platforms by following design systems, branding guidelines, and user experience standards. - User Research and Analysis : Gather and analyze user requirements, feedback, and behavioral data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. - Stakeholder Interaction : Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on design direction and goals. Required Skills & Experience : - 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and mobile application design. - Expertise in FIGMA for creating high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. -Proven experience working with PowerApps and PowerBI, creating interfaces and dashboards within these platforms. - Experience working within SAP environments, particularly with SAP Fiori design principles. - Strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex UI/UX projects, especially those involving enterprise-level applications. - Excellent understanding of design principles, responsive design, and accessibility. - Proficient in other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision (optional). - Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and other designers. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about user experience and interface design. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in Agile development environments. - Knowledge of design systems and guidelines for enterprise applications. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
