UX Lead - Interaction Design

Role : UX Lead - Jaipur Job Description : - Take ownership of the UX design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring a user-centered design approach and adherence to industry best practices. - Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable design recommendations to optimize user flows, interactions, and visual design. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions. - Develop intuitive and scalable information architectures, navigation systems, and taxonomies to enhance the findability and discoverability of our product offerings. - Ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes by designing responsive interfaces that adapt to user needs and behaviors. - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions, identify pain points, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategies with business goals and technical constraints. - Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and apply them to continually enhance our digital experiences. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the UX design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Requirements : - Experience in UX design, with a focus on e- commerce or consumer-facing digital products. - Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successfully delivering exceptional user experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tool Figma. - In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. - Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple devices and platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for user-centric design, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
