Job Title : Business Analyst with Oracle Finance Experience Experience : 5-10 Years Location : Work from Client Location (Mount Road, Chennai) , Monday to Friday, General Shift Timings Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days (Please avoid profiles with more than 20 days' notice period) Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Oracle Finance to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, implement Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial modules, and drive process improvements within financial operations. Your expertise in Oracle Finance applications will be crucial in optimizing business processes and ensuring smooth system implementations and user adoption. Key Responsibilities : - Requirement Gathering : Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical and functional requirements for Oracle financial modules. - System Configuration : Configure and maintain Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and others, to meet business needs. - Process Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. - Testing and Validation : Lead system testing, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that the system meets the defined business requirements and quality standards. - Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues related to Oracle financial applications. - Reporting : Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards, enabling informed business decision-making. Required Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience : Proven experience (5-10 years) as a Business Analyst, particularly with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP systems. - Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members. - Certifications : Oracle JD Edwards certification or relevant certifications is a plus. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle financial modules, knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with database management tools. - Soft Skills : Attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
