Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Selenium/Cypress

The Senior QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our front-end multi-channel customer experience projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives and enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment. As a Sr.QA Engineer, you will : - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for complex front-end multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. - Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform testing strategies and demonstrate the impact of quality assurance. - Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART : Must-Have Experience & Skills : - Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium / Browserstack / Cypress / Junit / TestNG / Postman (for API testing). - Experience with e-commerce platforms like SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud / Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Adobe Commerce (Magento). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing and executing automated test plans and test cases. Soft Skills : - Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Education : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus. Nice to Have Skills : - Experience in the retail industry, particularly within a global context. - Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps). - Understanding of MarTech technologies and platforms such as: Monetate, Salesforce, SAP, Klaviyo and Google Marketing Platform, etc. - Proven track record of collaborating cross-functional technology teams in front-end development or customer experience projects. - Experience in analysing and mapping customer journeys, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
