Lead Web Developer - React.js/TypeScript

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Web Developer (React js) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in React development, leadership experience, and a passion for building scalable and high-quality web applications. This role requires expertise in modern frontend architectures, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to execute complex projects effectively. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React. Architect and design complete web applications using modern tech stacks. Collaborate with backend teams and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability. Oversee and participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Ensure effective CI/CD pipelines using tools like Concourse. Manage and optimize database interactions with MongoDB. Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to enhance application performance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills : 10 years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on React. 5 years working in organizations with a demonstrated culture of engineering execution excellence. 3 years of hands-on experience in architecting and designing complete web applications. Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Experience with MongoDB and database management systems. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Concourse. Proven ability to write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries.
