Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5 years of experience and a proven track record in team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while mentoring a team of developers. This role requires strong technical expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and smooth project execution. - Architect, design, and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. - Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. - Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior developers. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. - Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. - Ensure application security, performance, and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in MERN stack development.
