VisionPLUS Test Engineer

Role : VisionPLUS Tester. Experience Preferred : 3-9 Years. Location : Pune and Chennai. Job Description : - VisionPLUS testing experience in V8. V10 will be an advantage - Create test scenarios and test scripts for V Modules - Execute test cases during SIT and UAT - Should possess good Functional knowledge on VisionPLUS functionalities. - Experience in working in conversion projects will be an advantage - Co-ordinate with test lead and project status - Prepare test plan for the project - Directly responsible for the execution of SIT and provision of UAT support to the Client - Participate in the defect triage meetings. - Explain the defects clearly - Should have expertise in VisionPLUS application (including key modules of CMS, FAS, CDM, ASM, LMS, MBS, TRAMS & ITS). Responsibilities : - Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Create detailed test cases for VisionPLUS modules, including but not limited to CMS, FAS, CDM, ASM, LMS, MBS, TRAMS, and ITS. - Ensure thorough test coverage by designing positive and negative test scenarios, boundary value analysis, and equivalence partitioning. - Execute test cases during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. - Document test results, identify defects, and track them through the defect lifecycle. - Prepare detailed test reports and provide regular updates on testing progress to the Test Lead and Project Manager. - Demonstrate in-depth functional knowledge of VisionPLUS application, particularly in V8 and V10 environments. - Possess a strong understanding of core VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, CDM, ASM, LMS, MBS, TRAMS, ITS) and their inter-dependencies. - Experience in VisionPLUS conversion projects is highly desirable. - Participate in defect triage meetings, providing clear and concise explanations of identified defects. - Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects. - Ensure timely and accurate defect reporting and resolution. - Coordinate with Test Leads, developers, business analysts, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Provide UAT support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. - Maintain and update all testing related documentation.
