Job Description : Senior AWS Developer Location : Bangalore Experience : 7 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AWS Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software development and hands-on expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on the AWS platform while ensuring that our infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based applications using AWS services. - Lead cloud architecture discussions, ensuring best practices are followed for scalability, reliability, and security. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK. - Optimize cloud solutions for cost efficiency, performance, and availability. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to AWS services. - Provide mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge on AWS best practices. - Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments, implementing necessary safeguards against potential vulnerabilities. - Stay up-to-date with AWS product offerings and continuously improve cloud architectures. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AWS cloud services. - Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM. - Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Node.js. - Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. - Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline. - Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, including encryption, IAM, and VPC design. - Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or other third-party tools. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills : - AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus. - Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies.
