The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and the ability to effectively engage with technical teams to ensure the successful execution of action plans. What we expect from you: Required Technical Skills: Experienced Project Manager/Engineering Manager or Technical Lead Senior Degree in Computer Science or similar. Strong technical background . Based in Barcelona . Hybrid Model (2 days office) Responsibilities: Receive training and documentation from our DevOps Lead on the required milestones and steps. Organize and conduct one-on-one meetings with each team lead to explain the implementation process. Provide guidance on how to document evidence of completion (screenshots, data, etc.). Schedule follow-up meetings to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Collaborate with the DevOps Lead to resolve any technical questions from the teams.
