Financial Accountant

We are currently seeking a talented Financial Accountant to join a leading manufacturing client based in Cape town. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a pivotal role in the financial operations of a reputable company. Key Requirements: SAICA or SAIPA Articles completed A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP systems) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum of 2 years post-article experience (advantageous) Knowledge of manufacturing industry financial processes (beneficial) Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial strategies Salary: Competitive, based on experience
