Chief Financial Officer

Your responsibility will include but is not limited to: (this is a basic description) Financial Planning & Strategy: Developing and overseeing the financial strategy of the company to ensure growth and profitability Budgeting: Preparing, managing, and reviewing the companys budget to ensure alignment with business goals Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including board members and investors Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the companys cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations Risk Management : Identifying and managing financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and market conditions Financial Analysis: Conducting regular analysis of financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to protect assets and prevent fraud Capital Management: Overseeing capital structure and fundraising efforts, including securing financing through loans or equity Team Leadership: Leading the finance team, providing mentorship, and ensuring effective collaboration with other departments Skills & Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years in finance 5 years should have been in a management position Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA (fully qualified) Contact ANNARI STANDER on astandercommunicate.co.za , quoting the Ref: CTF020467.
