Chief Operating Officer

Oversee daily operations to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement operational strategies, structures, and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee capital expenditure planning and execution, including budgeting, approvals, and project delivery. Ensure CAPEX projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. Lead and support the Regional Heads in the Western Cape, Gauteng, and Eastern Cape. Ensure regional operations align with company standards and objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term business strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the property investment sector while collaborating with our internal Growth & Acquisitions team. Work closely with the Financial Manager to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure operational activities are aligned with financial goals and objectives. Liaise with internal departments to achieve organisational goals. Identify and mitigate operational risks. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness. Implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in negotiations, conferences, and industry events. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property studies, Finance, or a related field. 10 years of senior management experience in the property investment or real estate industry. Proven track record in operational leadership and regional management.
