Management Accountant

Job Description: As the Management Accountant, your duties and responsibilities include the following: Oversee the management of accounting ledgers and ensure accurate revenue recognition Conduct bank and account reconciliations regularly Assist with Accounts Payable and Billing processes Maintain and update records for fixed assets Prepare and present monthly management accounts Supervise statutory reporting and coordinate audit procedures Evaluate and enhance financial processes and internal controls Support tax calculations and ensure regulatory compliance Contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports Analyze and compare actual financial performance against budgeted figures Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) Provide financial analysis and insights to aid in executive decision-making Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements Support financial compliance and regulatory reporting obligations Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of experience doing the management accountant function Experience with financial reporting and compliance Experience with multiple legal entities in a regulated industry is beneficial Proficiency in NetSuite or any other Accounting system Qualification: Completed Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF020478.
