Craft and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and values, driving growth and innovation in the industry Lead the development of annual budgets, financial models, and forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives and support decision-making Optimise the companys capital structure by balancing debt and equity, while managing resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reports, adhering to industry regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and asset management to ensure the financial health and resilience of the organization Drive cost-efficiency initiatives across departments, identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase profitability and operational effectiveness Utilize data-driven financial forecasting models to predict performance trends, enabling informed decision-making for long-term strategy Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance and administration teams, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous growth and excellence Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to align financial strategies with business goals, fostering strong communication and teamwork. Skills & Experience: Over 3 years of extensive experience in a senior financial role, showcasing leadership and strategic insight Bilingual Proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and expanding market reach Proven ability to craft and execute financial strategies that directly support organizational goals and drive business success In - depth knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory compliance, including expertise in VAT, SARS-related activities, and ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations Strong ability to analyse complex financial data, offering proactive solutions and making informed, strategic decisions that contribute to organizational growth Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Deep alignment with the companys sustainability mission and values, with a track record of integrating environmental and social responsibility into financial strategies Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive results Qualification: Bachelors degree in finance/accounting (essential) Qualified CA(SA) (essential) Contact Refiloe Mofokeng on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF020483.
