UI Frontend Developer - AngularJS/React.js

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and related technologies. - Develop and implement clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. - Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications. - Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end applications with APIs. - Conduct thorough testing of UI components and applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and debug UI issues. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices. - Lead a team of 5-6 developers in an onsite-offshore model, providing guidance and mentorship. - Work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis, gathering requirements and addressing their needs. - Negotiate with clients on estimates and delivery timelines. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects while meeting client expectations. - Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. - Core Skill sets : Angular 6 or above CSS, JavaScript Database :- ReactJS Skills : - Strong experience in Angular, Javascript, and JS frameworks (Angular) and react - Strong in CSS, JavaScript & Bootstrap - Should have worked on Angular - He should have a good fundamental knowledge of Rest Services, and DB Querying , JMS, TDD, JQuery. - The role requires him to work directly with clients on a day-on-day basis. - Must have led a 5-6 member team in an onsite-offshore model. - Ability to pick up new technologies - Willingness to learn and understand the business domain - Ability to meet client needs without sacrificing deadlines and quality - Ability to work effectively within a global team - Able to negotiate with customers on estimates and delivery timelines - Excellent communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
