Network Support Engineer

Job Description : Designation : Network Support Engineer. Experience : 2-3 yrs. - Immediate Joinee - Network & cloud security specialist to Design, configure, implement services with strong understanding of how to navigate technical and architectural discussions. - Need strong background in networking, Sa aS and security. - Deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols, Experience with Proxy and SSL is essential. - Performing troubleshooting on all programs when required. - Preparing post-mortem reports and performing trend analysis when there are system failures. - Fixing network faults. - Network maintenance. - Technical support for people using the network. - Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. - Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. - Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. - Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. - Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team. - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. - Hands on experience in Netskope, Trendmicro, Symantec, Mcafee, zscaler , Websense, Cisco Umbrella, Sonicwall, PaloAlto, Watchguard,sohpos, Cyberoam. - OEMs Zscaler, Barracuda, Cososys, Netskope, Trellix,.
