The Impact You will Make in this Role: The Application Developer helps bring world class data analytics solutions to our business. This position requires hands-on development and analytics experience. This role requires communication skills and a level of comfort working with both technical and non-technical partner teams. As an Application Developer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact: Analyze requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs to design, code, deploy and maintain a wide range applications in data analytics Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure proper security and SDLC processes are in use with existing and new applications Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelors Degree AND 6 years of app development experience High School Diploma/GED from AND 10 years of application development experience AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 5 years of building end-to-end analytics solutions. Thorough experience directly working with structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data to produce analytics modeling and outcomes. 5 years of working with back-end application data in Snowflake or other comparable solution. 2 years working with business and technical leaders to design, build and implement analytics solutions across a Business Intelligence Stack Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with PowerApps Experience with Cloud Hosting solutions like Azure and their native apps including Azure Data Factory and Azure Dev Ops Experience with Healthcare Experience with JavaScript Experience with SAP S4 and Dynamics 365 Experience with Master Data Work location: Hybrid
