Victrix Systems & Labs - Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices. - Work with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. - Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps. - Follow Agile methodologies and participate in code reviews, stand-up meetings, and sprint planning. - Ensure security, data protection, and compliance with best practices. - Work with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling. - Maintain proper documentation of code, APIs, and system design. Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integration. - Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. - Good knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and teamwork Qualification : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or cloud platforms are a plus.
