SAP MDG Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation

SAP MDG Functional Consultant Description : We are seeking a skilled SAP MDG Functional Consultant with 6-14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of master data governance processes and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MDG solutions to enhance data quality and compliance across the organization. This role requires strong technical skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze business requirements related to Master Data Governance (MDG) processes. - Design and configure SAP MDG solutions to meet business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of master data across various systems. - Conduct testing of MDG configurations and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide training and support to end-users on MDG functionalities and processes. - Monitor and maintain data quality standards within MDG and implement corrective measures as necessary. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data management and MDG applications. - Stay updated with SAP MDG best practices and new features, and recommend improvements. Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-14 years of experience in SAP MDG or relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC). - Strong understanding of master data management principles and practices. - Proficient in MDG data modeling, data governance workflows, and UI configuration. - Experience with data migration tools and methodologies for MDG. - Knowledge of integration techniques with other SAP modules and third-party applications. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 for front-end development is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels. - SAP MDG certification is an added advantage.
