IT Junior Analyst

We are looking for an IT Junior Analyst to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth ✅ Functions & Responsibilities: Handling employee onboardings and off-boardings. Assist in the management of payment documentation, procurements and submission for approval within the company’s internal systems. Provide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite/remote). Manage internal Helpdesk tool (JIRA). Maintain constant communication with the superior regarding any issue. Maintaining IT documentation and user management in systems/tools. Conduct internal training on IT-related topics. Create and maintain IT documentation. Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: Degree in computer engineering, or any related fields; or any equivalent work experience. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in the IT industry. Proficient language level of Spanish (C2 level) and Intermediate language level of English (B2 level). Any Chinese language skills are valued. Master’s degree in programming, computing, or any other related field. would be highly appreciated. Experience and knowledge of the following would be highly appreciated: 1) Microsoft Azure essentials, Intune, Jira. 2) Management of Microsoft Active Directory, user and permissions management, group policies, DNS, etc. 3) Microsoft Office 365 (Administration). 3) Knowledge of videoconferencing tools (Teams, Zoom). 4) End user Hardware & Software support knowledge. 5) Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting.
