Logistics Administrator

PB Liquor Merchants has an exciting opportunity available for a Logistics Administrator to join their team based in Stellenbosch (Bottelary Road) . This position is suited to a proactive, client-focused individual with strong planning and numerical skills, paired with a meticulous approach to work. KPAs will include: Logistics Administration: checking customer portals for DC orders, retrieving and capturing DC orders, arranging and following up delivery slots with DCs. Orders: capturing sales orders, reconciliation of PODs to sales invoices, sending notification if any variances exist between POD and sales invoices, following up on all outstanding PODs. Stock control: performing warehouse stock counts, calculating variances, investigating and reporting variances, creating picking slips for warehouses, transferring stock between goods in process and final warehouses. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; Approximately 1 year relevant administration experience, preferably within a logistics environment; Basic understanding of chain management principles and practices; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans & English); Strong computer literacy (MS Office); Own reliable transport.
