Chief Medical Officer

Minimum work experience: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the healthcare industry. Establish and maintain relationships with medical institutions, clinics, and healthcare providers. Develop and present business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with head of marketing to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract doctors and medical institutions. Identify new market trends and customers need to tailor products or services accordingly. Negotiate and close deals with clients, vendors, or other business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction. Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and providing Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree (Business or Healthcare). Masters in business administration (MBA) will be an added advantage. 5-7 years within Hospital or Hospitality Management experience. 3 years people management experience.
