Qualifications and experience Minimum of a BCom Accounting is non Negotiable Qualified CA (SA) with 1-2 years post qualification experience Work experience in a Finance Department would be an advantage. Core Competencies Analytical and detail orientated individual with the highest accuracy standards Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a finance team within a deadline driven environment, as well as communicate with varied levels of personnel within the company. Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and risk management principles and processes, including detailed knowledge of statutory requirements and taxation legislation. Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically advanced Excel skills Oracle system experience essential Hyperion System advantageous
