Key Responsibilities: Conduct mechanical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of equipment. Assist in routine maintenance of mechanical systems. Provide on-site technical assistance, ensuring minimal downtime and increased productivity. Collaborate with other technical staff to resolve complex mechanical issues. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Document all service and maintenance work for operational records. Qualifications & Skills: Mechanical or Millwright certification/diploma. At least 5 years of hands-on experience. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Age: Under 35 years old (required for program eligibility).
