At least 5 years of experience in roles like Researcher, Strategist, Product Manager, or Consultant, ideally in dynamic, innovation-focused environments (e.g., startups, consultancies, or corporate R&D teams). Proven ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous situations while delivering high-quality outcomes. Core Competencies - Strong expertise in designing and executing research initiatives, including ethnographic studies, observational research, and quantitative analysis. Solid understanding of customer experience design, with hands-on proficiency in wireframing or prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq. Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen, capable of crafting forecasts, financial models, and investment-ready business cases. Exceptional workshop facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly.
