Job Title : SAP PPQM Consultant (S/4 HANA End-to-End Implementation) Location : Hyderabad, India Experience : 10-20 years Position Type : Full-Time Employee (FTE) Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP PPQM Consultant to join our team for a S/4 HANA end-to-end implementation project. As an SAP PPQM (Production Planning and Quality Management) Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4 HANA PPQM modules to meet the needs of our clients. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, complex SAP S/4 HANA implementations for a leading organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA PPQM (Production Planning and Quality Management) modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes related to production planning, quality management, and manufacturing execution. - Configure SAP PPQM modules according to client needs, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for production planning and quality management within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. - Design and optimize workflows related to material master, work orders, production scheduling, and quality control processes. - Lead the integration of SAP PPQM with other modules, including MM, SD, QM, and WM. - Oversee the data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. - Manage and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices within the team. - Troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase, providing timely solutions to ensure project timelines are met. - Ensure post-go-live support, offering enhancements, bug fixes, and optimization based on user feedback and evolving business needs. - Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4 HANA developments, bringing innovation and insights to the project. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 10-20 years of experience in SAP PPQM consulting, with a strong track record of end-to-end implementation projects in SAP S/4 HANA. - Extensive experience in production planning, quality management, and manufacturing execution in the SAP environment. - Hands-on experience in configuring SAP S/4 HANA PPQM modules, including production scheduling, material management, and quality inspection. - Proven expertise in integrating SAP PPQM with other core SAP modules like MM, SD, QM, and WM. - Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, production, and quality control within industries like automotive, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing. - Ability to lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and provide strategic advice to business stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of data migration strategies, cutover planning, and user training for successful implementation and transition. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in S/4 HANA 1909/2020 versions. - Certifications in SAP PPQM or related SAP modules. - Experience in agile implementation methodologies. (ref:hirist.tech)
