Job Title : ServiceNow Architect (Contract to Hire) Location : Remote for 6 month After that : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience : 8 Years Job Type : Architect Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect for a opportunity. This role is based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and will require a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of key ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. - Lead the overall architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with ITSM best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various third-party tools and systems. - Provide architectural guidance and ensure efficient configuration and customization of ServiceNow platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while optimizing performance. - Guide and mentor junior team members and stakeholders on best practices. - Work closely with the client to ensure effective and accurate implementation of service management solutions. Mandatory Requirements : - Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) on the ServiceNow platform. - Hands-on experience with at least three of the following ServiceNow modules : 1. HAM (Hardware Asset Management) 2. SAM (Software Asset Management) 3. CMDB (Configuration Management Database) 4. Discovery 5. Integrations 6. Epro (Enterprise Procurement) 7. CSM (Customer Service Management) Required Qualifications : - 8 years of experience in ITSM, ServiceNow architecture, and implementation. - Experience in architecting and implementing complex solutions on ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow features, functions, and platform capabilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. - ServiceNow certification is a plus.
