Senior Python Developer - Django/Flask

Open Position - Senior Python Developer Location : Pune (Hybrid) Experience : 4 Years Must-Have : Core Python Oracle AWS Git Notice Period : Immediate joiner Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in web frameworks and scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of small-scale projects while ensuring best coding practices and software quality. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python-based applications. - Write modular, reusable, and efficient code while following coding standards. - Work with web frameworks (such as Django or Flask) to build and maintain web applications. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs as needed. - Automate deployments, integrate CI/CD pipelines and perform manual deployments when required. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best software development practices. ] - Share knowledge within the team and actively contribute to the code review process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMs, TLs, and clients, to communicate updates and improvements. - Conduct continuous research and learning to evaluate and implement new technologies for optimizing development Skills : - Python (4 years) - Hands-on experience in web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Database Management - Oracle. - API Development & Testing - Pytest, Postman, RESTful API. - CI/CD & Automation - Experience with integrating deployment pipelines. - Scripting & Automation - Proficiency in writing Python scripts. - Communication - Strong understanding of the 5 W's of communication (Who, What, When, Where, Why).
