UX/UI Designer - Figma

Job Description : We are looking for a passionate and skilled UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a knack for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to design seamless and delightful user experiences. Key Responsibilities : User Research & Analysis : - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and strategies. - Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide design efforts. Design & Prototyping : - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively. - Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input. Collaboration & Communication : - Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine design requirements. - Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process. - Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and alignment. Testing & Optimization : - Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure designs are innovative and relevant. Qualifications : Education & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - 5 years of experience in UX design. Skills : - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability. (ref:hirist.tech)
