Ajna Lens - Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer

Who are we looking for : AjnaLens is looking for a Sr. Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to join our Electronics R&D team at Thane (Maharashtra-India). The position seeks highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a highly dynamic team environment. The successful candidate is able to demonstrate a broad skill set based on experience. We're looking for people who are intrinsically driven to solve hard problems with stunningly simple solutions, move fast, and are highly adaptive. Top 3 Daily Tasks : 1. Design and simulate high-speed signal interfaces and power distribution networks (PDN) for advanced SoC packages, interfaces USB 3.0, MIPI CSI-2, MIPI DSI-2, LPDDR3 /LPDD4/LPDDR5, PCIe, & eMMC and PCBs. 2. Simulate, test and evaluate new designs to ensure compliance with Electronics specification requirements & prepare simulation reports. 3. Should be able to do Pre and Post layout SIPI analysis. Minimum work experience is required : - Bachelors or Master's Degree Engineering in Electronics/electrical, Physics, Mathematics. - 5 years of experience in SI/PI Background. - Hands-on experience in Thermal simulation would be an advantage. Top 5 Skills you should possess : 1. Strong knowledge in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity fundamental concepts. Deep understanding of electromagnetic and transmission line theory, general I/O design, timing budgets and jitter analysis expertise, signal integrity, S-parameter & its modelling concepts for differential and single-ended interface technologies. 2. Experience in designing, simulating signal and power integrity solutions for high-speed system components (packages, PCB, connectors & Interface). 3. Experience in design and analysis of high-speed single-ended or differential buses. Should be able to provide practical solutions to the PCB/Package design team based on simulation results and analysis. 4. Hands-on experience in handling electronic test equipment, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Functional generator, Logic analyzer, VNA, signal generator, spectrum analyzer & Excellent hardware debugging/troubleshooting skill. 5. Strong knowledge in any one of the simulation tools like Hyperlynx, Flowtherm (system level), Sigrity (2.5D and 3D-EM Must) , Ansys SIwave and thermal Simulation would be an added advantage. What would you be expected to do : - Strive for data-driven decisions that are well understood and communicated throughout the team. - Strives in a fast paced environment, adapts quickly to new requirements. - Support in Pre-compliance tests (EMI,EMC, ESD). - Development in new technologies AR/VR/MR products.
