Backend Developer - Java/Golang

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java and Golang Developer with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be part of a dynamic team working on cutting-edge technologies to design and develop robust software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and applications using Java and Golang. - Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions for complex problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns. - Leverage a deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve performance bottlenecks and enhance application efficiency. - Conducted code reviews, provided constructive feedback, and ensured code quality across the team. - Work with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and operations of services. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java, Golang, and related Skills and Qualifications : - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on Java and Golang. - Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and their practical applications. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. - Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Exposure to frameworks like Spring Boot (for Java) or Gin (for Golang). - Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis). - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack). - Contributions to open-source projects or personal development projects in Java or Golang.
